MSN Live messenger or windows live messenger Offline installaer can be downloaded form it's official website via it's official link,to do so follow these simple steps:-
1.Go to Google.com and search for "download msn live" and click on 1st link of official website,
2.On official website click on download button provided on right side of the page,
3.Just cancel that download of 1.18mb setup,
4.Now you will see a Try again button click on that to download the full setup of windows live messenger{full setup is134 mb it contains all features,but if you want to download only the messenger download the first part of 1.18mb and manually select msn messenger and it will download its full setup online with installation going on too.},
