Twitter.com is a social networking website which generally deals with tweets,direct messages and followers,people use to give updates in form of tweets to their followers,follow other people.

                              As twitter being in rapid success is doing a lot of additions to it,this time they added "who to follow"i.e suggestions to which people you should follow,

this feature may let you know more people to follow as based on the type of people you are following,like if you are following people related to tech blogsging[like i do] in "who to follow" you will see the people related to tech blogging[like as you see in suggestion mashable mobile and pete cashmore].
